the role models are the CA Club of Dwtn LA & the Johnathan Club.
Both Member paid Pvt Business clubs.

Can be vendors, suppliers, developers, researchers, yachtsmen, divers etc.

Members pay annual fees & then discount for Dining use ONLY with X# guests.
Or pay higher rates for Group Use of club or X rooms.

Unlike CA Club which is in CA only, the Posideon/Trident Bus clubs would have these locales:
